UNIC TRADER / UNFXCO Terms of Use

Before using any UNFXCO Software, Products, Trading Terminals or the Unictrader platform, You must read and agree to the relevant license agreements, risk disclosures and/or service-specific terms presented by UNFXCO. You may accept such agreements by clicking the appropriate acceptance button, ticking a checkbox, or by using the relevant Products and Services, which will be deemed as Your acceptance.

By accepting these Terms of Use (and any applicable Additional Terms or Additional Agreements), You enter into a legally binding contract with UNFXCO.

You consent to the use of electronic communication for entering into contracts, placing and executing orders, making payments, and receiving notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed via the UNFXCO Website or Unictrader.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, You waive any requirement that communications be in non-electronic form or signed with a non-electronic signature, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

If the use of the UNFXCO Software, the Unictrader platform or the UNFXCO Website is prohibited under the laws applicable to You (for instance, due to regulatory restrictions or sanctions), You must not install, access or use them.

Use of the UNFXCO Website and Unictrader requires compatible hardware (computer, mobile device, etc.) and reliable internet access. The Website and platform may use certain resources of Your device (e.g. CPU, memory, network connection) to function properly. While UNFXCO uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect the security and integrity of Your device and communications, You acknowledge that no system can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and using the UNFXCO Website, Unictrader and any Services, and to keep such information up to date. UNFXCO may store and use the registration data You provide to manage Your Account and perform its obligations under these Terms of Use.

UNFXCO may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate any UNFXCO Service or Your access to www.unfxco.com, the Unictrader platform, or any part thereof, either individually for You or for all Users.

UNFXCO may engage consultants, contractors, payment processors, hosting providers and other third parties in performing its obligations and exercising its rights under these Terms of Use, subject to such parties being bound by appropriate contractual obligations.

UNFXCO may make available different payment methods via third-party Payment Processors. You agree to comply with any terms and conditions applicable to each payment method, whether imposed by UNFXCO, the respective Payment Processor or other third parties. UNFXCO may, at any time and without notice, add, modify or remove payment methods.

If UNFXCO determines, or is notified by a competent authority, that certain Content, materials, products or services published via the UNFXCO Website or Unictrader violate applicable laws, third-party rights, these Terms or any Additional Terms/Agreements, UNFXCO may, in its sole discretion, remove, disable, or block access to such Content, materials, products or services.

You agree not to use the UNFXCO Website or Unictrader by any means other than the interfaces provided or explicitly permitted by UNFXCO. In particular, You must not access the Website or platform via automated tools (such as bots, crawlers, scripts) unless explicitly authorized in writing by UNFXCO.

You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the proper functioning of the UNFXCO Website, Unictrader or the servers and networks connected to them.

You agree that You are solely responsible for Your use of the UNFXCO Website, Unictrader and any UNFXCO Services, including any breach of these Terms of Use and any consequences thereof (including losses or damages suffered by UNFXCO or third parties).

You agree to comply with all applicable tax laws, including reporting and payment of any taxes arising from Your use of UNFXCO Services. All such tax obligations are solely Your responsibility.

UNFXCO reserves the right (but has no obligation) to pre-screen, review, moderate, filter, remove or refuse any Content, products, materials or services available via the UNFXCO Website or Unictrader. You understand that by using the Services You may be exposed to material that You may find offensive or objectionable. In such case You may contact UNFXCO support, but UNFXCO is not obligated to guarantee removal.

All rights to Trademarks, and all associated intellectual property rights, remain the property of their respective owners or license holders. Nothing in these Terms grants You any license to use any UNFXCO or third-party trade name, trademark, service mark, logo or brand feature unless expressly agreed in writing.

Use of the UNFXCO Website or Unictrader does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to You. Any content You may access remains the property of UNFXCO or its licensors. You may only use such content as permitted by these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights holder.

You must not attempt to access any Account that You are not authorized to use. You must not modify or use modified versions of any software in order to gain unauthorized access. Any attempt to breach system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

You must not conduct any illegal mass traffic acquisition or unauthorized promotional campaigns aimed at the UNFXCO Website or Unictrader. Any unsolicited mass advertising regarding UNFXCO Services is prohibited unless explicitly approved by UNFXCO in writing.

You must not use the UNFXCO Website, Unictrader or Your Account to operate or promote services that directly copy or unfairly compete with the core business of UNFXCO (such as clone marketplaces or competing prop-platforms using UNFXCO's content or IP without consent).

You agree to provide UNFXCO with any information and documentation reasonably requested to verify compliance with these Terms, investigate complaints, or process transactions. Failure to provide such information may result in suspension or termination of Your Account or access.

You acknowledge that UNFXCO is not obliged to actively monitor all User content or communications. Each User is solely responsible for the content they submit or publish and may be held legally liable for it.

Each User is solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the UNFXCO Website and Services complies with the laws of their jurisdiction (including financial regulations, sanctions and tax rules).

UNFXCO may, at its discretion, restrict, moderate or remove content or behavior that interferes with other Users' ability to enjoy the Services.

You must not post unsolicited commercial, advertising or promotional materials for goods or services without UNFXCO's prior written consent.

You must not upload or post any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights without the express permission of the rights owner. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring You have the necessary rights to any material You upload.

You are solely responsible for all content and materials submitted by You, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights. You agree to compensate UNFXCO for any losses arising from Your violation of these Terms or of third-party rights.

By submitting content to areas intended for public use (e.g. forums, comments, reviews), You grant UNFXCO and its Affiliated Entities a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works (such as adaptations for display or formatting), publish and distribute such content for the limited purpose of operating, promoting and improving the UNFXCO Website and Services.

Some UNFXCO Services may contain specific rules and Additional Terms that further define the scope and use of Your content.

These Terms of Use remain in effect until terminated either by You or by UNFXCO as set out below.

You may terminate these Terms by ceasing all access to and use of the UNFXCO Website, Unictrader and all related Services.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination, nor any provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification).

Detailed conditions for purchases, payments, subscriptions, and refunds may be set out in service-specific Rules or Additional Terms (for example, prop program rules, plugin marketplace rules, subscription terms). You must read and accept such rules before using the corresponding Service.

To make purchases or deposits, You must have a valid Payment Account with a supported Payment Processor. All financial transactions shall be carried out in accordance with the payment information, limits, fees and procedures presented in the Client Area or on the UNFXCO Website.

You agree to comply with all applicable terms of use imposed by UNFXCO, the Payment Processor and any other relevant third parties. UNFXCO may add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.

UNFXCO uses only the deposit/withdrawal methods that are displayed in the Client Area or on the Website. You are responsible for ensuring that You are the lawful holder of any Payment Account used.

Prices for Services (including subscriptions, fees or digital content) are typically displayed in USD or another specified currency. Display of equivalent amounts in other currencies is for convenience only and may not be exact.

All tax obligations (including VAT or similar taxes, if applicable) arising from Your use of the Services are Your sole responsibility, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

UNFXCO may require identity verification and additional documentation in connection with transactions (e.g. to comply with KYC/AML obligations). Failure to provide requested documents may result in suspension of transactions or Account restrictions.

You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes. In case of suspicious activity, UNFXCO reserves the right to freeze or restrict Funds, notify the Payment Processor and/or relevant authorities, and recover losses.

Except where expressly provided otherwise in service-specific rules or required by mandatory law, all sales are final, and no refunds or reversals will be issued once access to digital content or Services has been granted.
