1. Definitions

Personal Data:

  • b) arises from your use of our Products and Services, including but not limited to our Websites and trading platform.

  • Online forms, registrations and account opening procedures on our Websites or within Unictrader;
  • Physical forms and documents, where applicable;

2.4Minors' Personal Information

We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of minors. Our Websites and Services are directed to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18.

If you are a parent or legal guardian, we strongly encourage you to supervise the online activities of children under eighteen (18) and to ensure that they do not access or use our Services without appropriate permission.
